1. Product Commitment

Premier Gems LTD. guarantees that all OMS Rings and other jewellery pieces are free from manufacturing defects. Products are handcrafted with attention to detail and uniqueness. Natural gemstone variations and minor craftsmanship irregularities are not considered defects.

2. Warranty

• Custom Jewellery: 10-year warranty covering cleaning, polishing, sizing, stone tightening, and general maintenance.

• Previously Fabricated Jewellery: 1-year warranty covering similar services.

• Free in-store inspection and cleaning are recommended regularly to maintain product integrity.

• The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, product loss, theft, and damages from improper maintenance or trauma.

3. Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

• Discoloration from chemicals, pools, or personal care products.

• Metal and prong wear, bent or broken prongs.

• Lost or damaged stones, including diamond chips or cracks.

• Damage from the inherent properties of selected gemstones.

4. Service Contract

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

• Estimated delivery: 5–7 weeks, subject to change with modifications.

• Changes must be approved in writing and may affect the timeline.

• Ownership of applied precious metals transfers to Premier Gems upon contract signing.

• Cancellation within 3 days is allowed; post-period cancellations may incur material charges.

• Final payment is due before product delivery.

• Finished products must be collected within 60 days of the delivery date.

5. Insurance

Premier Gems LTD. does not provide insurance. Clients are advised to consult their insurance provider for coverage options.
